He has specialized in sales distribution (agency, franchise and distribution), as well as in the energy, retail and automotive fields.
Professor in the Master’s programme of Business International Law at ESADE and Master’s Coordinator of the International Legal Practice (MILP) at ISDE.
Member of the Governing Board at Barcelona’s Lawyers’ Association (ICAB) from June 2007 to June 2009. Board Member and Treasurer of the ICAB (2017-2021). Dean of the ICAB Provisional Board in 2021.
Former President of the Section of European Community and International Law at Barcelona’s Lawyers’ Association (2002-2007).
Lawyer of the Buenos Aires’ Lawyers’ Association (Argentina).
