Dr. Josef Bergt is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in the formation, registration, and licensing of regulated financial institutions admitted to the bar in Liechtenstein and registered in the EU/EFTA list of lawyers, Switzerland. He has significant experience in corporate and commercial law, banking and financial market law, as well as regulatory proceedings. Since 2021, he has been the founder and managing partner of Law Firm Bergt & Partners Ltd. in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. Beyond his law practice, he has been appointed a professor for Business Law and held executive roles at various institutions connected to Liechtenstein and Europe. He also serves as a Liechtenstein notary.
