About Guillermo Chahuán
He focuses his practice on criminal investigations and trials, civil and commercial litigation, and administrative-sanctioning procedures.
He has worked as a defense attorney and as a plaintiff representing individuals and companies in investigations into economic crimes, crimes related to the stock market, crimes against integrity and public administration, crimes against public health and the environment, among others.
He intervenes in civil and commercial disputes regarding breach of contract, compensation claims and corporate conflicts, litigating both before ordinary courts and before arbitrators.
He has also taken on the defence of individuals and companies in various proceedings led by the Financial Market Commission in conflicts related to the securities and insurance markets.
