About Gareth Jones

Gareth has been a Law Society of Northern Ireland trained and registered Mediator since 2004. In that time he has mediated a range of commercial disputes including construction, manufacturing, services, contracts, insurance, property and partnerships.

Gareth is a Solicitor, Senior Partner and Director at C & H Jefferson – one of Northern Ireland’s leading commercial and litigation firms.

As their Head of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Gareth is driven to ensure mediations are carried out in a principled, professional, expedient and accessible manner.
