Francois Pienaar is a highly accomplished and experienced commercial and litigation attorney with over 30 years of experience in legal practice. He began his articles in 1991 with Tinus Slabber & Associates and became a salaried partner within five years. He founded and is currently the managing director of FDP Law (Francois Pienaar Attorneys Inc), a full-service law firm established in October 2019 in Cape Town, South Africa. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, commercial and company law, insolvency, family law, property law including conveyancing, intellectual property law, and trust law, serving as a trustee on many personal and client trusts.
