Ece Nihan Günen is a founding partner at Bağ & Günen Law Firm in Istanbul, Turkey. She is an experienced legal advisor with a robust practice in commercial and corporate law, regulatory compliance, and privacy and data protection, with particular focus on the e-commerce, medical device, cosmetics, and healthcare sectors. Ece offers strategic legal solutions to both domestic and international clients, supporting them in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution processes.

Her international academic background and practical experience make her uniquely positioned to advise global clients operating in or entering the Turkish market.
