He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2002, with a thesis in criminology entitled ‘Juvenile delinquency and theories of self-control’.
He founded the firm in 2011, after years of training spent, as a trainee and young lawyer, with some of Milan’s best-known criminal lawyers.
He assists individuals and companies in numerous trials, including national ones, in the field of corporate criminal law.
He advises multinational companies on the subject of the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He combines his expertise in the field of white collar crimes with a passion for human rights, new technologies and the relationship between justice and information.
He is a member of the Criminal Law Commission of the Milan Bar Association – Subcommission Criminal Information.
On behalf of the Milan Bar Association and the Scuola Superiore dell’Avvocatura, he lectures on the preparatory course for enrolment in the special register of Supreme Court’s lawyers.
He is a member of the Milan Criminal Chamber.
He works in Italian and English.
