Experience 

• Danielle acts as an arbitrator for CBMI – Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration, in the area of contractual law, with a focus on insurance and reinsurance
• She has solid experience in loss adjustment of highly complex claims and in strategic insurance litigation, especially in the areas of D&O and E&O, liability, property and engineering, building direct contacts with brokers and worldwide insurance and reinsurance companies
• She has extensive experience in coordinating and managing teams of lawyers, carrying out audits, in addition to drafting legal opinions on standards issued by SUSEP – Superintendence of Private Insurance and by CNSP – National Council of Private Insurance
• Danielle also has experience in the academic field, where she taught as a visiting professor in the Extension Course of Insurance Law at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU
• Currently, her work is mainly focused on the areas of consultant and loss adjustment, in the fields of D&O,E&O, liability, cyber, agriculture, property and engineering,in insurance and reinsurance, developing relationships with national and international clients. Also, she is focused on building startups and digital business contracts
