Christoph Büchel has been a partner of the law firm since 2006. He is a member of the bar since 2003. Christoph Büchel has been licensed to be a mediator since 2001.

From 2001 to 2006, Christoph Büchel worked in an internationally oriented law firm in Liechtenstein. Between 1995 and 2001, he worked in public administration, from 1998 as the Director of the EEA Coordination Unit of the Liechtenstein Government.

Christoph Büchel completed his studies of law in 1993 at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and then worked as a scientific assistant at the university in the field of international business law. In 1994, he did a traineeship at the Princely Court of Justice in Vaduz. Christoph Büchel took the degree of Master of European Law (LL.M.) at the Collège d’Europe in Bruges (Belgium). He studied company law at the University of Liechtenstein and he also is trained and qualified as a mediator and negotiator (“Harvard Concept”, Harvard Law School PIL).

Christoph Büchel will advise you in matters of Liechtenstein and European law (fields of activity), act as a mediator, and advises and represents you in negotiations and arbitrations.

Christoph Büchel (born 1967) is married and father of two children.

The law firm was formed in 1992 by Thomas Wilhelm.

Since 2006, Christoph Büchel has been a partner in the law firm.

Martin Hörnig has been a councel with this law firm since 1993.

Since 2011, there has been a branch in Ruggell in addition to the main office in Vaduz.
