Christine is a Senior Counsel specializing in Corporate, Special Projects, and Immigration practice.
Hailing from top corporate law firms in the Philippines, Christine has been extensively involved in acquisition and divestment projects for major companies in the Philippines. She also has significant experiences in applications with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) for the listing of shares of publicly-listed companies. Moreover, her expertise extends to comprehensive due diligence and corporate housekeeping for both private and publicly-listed companies, including the meticulous preparation of disclosures and various regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the PSE. Christine also has remarkable experience in public bidding for government procurement projects.
In addition to her corporate portfolio, Christine leads the firm’s Immigration practice. Drawing from her extensive immigration engagements, Christine facilitates applications for alien employment permits and visas including Provisional Work Permits, Special Work Permits, Pre-Arranged Employment Visa (9g), PEZA Visa, Special Investor’s Resident Visa, and Non-Quota Immigrant Visa by Marriage to a Filipino (13a), among others.
Christine received her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University.
