Ms. Liu is deeply experienced across all aspects of employment law, including drafting and reviewing internal policies, employment contracts, training agreements, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and employee handbooks. She regularly advises clients on employment relationships, management of foreign employees, protection of female employees, protection of trade secrets, non-compete, union issues, collective agreements, remuneration, social insurance, benefits and leave for employees, reorganization of employment structures, occupational health and production safety. Also, she is adept at designing compatible employment transfer or termination plans for transactions and important projects, such as large-scale M&A, including assisting clients with economic layoffs and conducting employment due diligence investigations. For her work in these areas, Ms. Liu has been widely praised for being able to provide clients with precise and practical solutions.
She is also a seasoned litigator when it comes to handling employment arbitration and litigation cases, and she has defended clients in employment disputes including termination of employment, salary, bonus and commission, and labor dispatch.
