Cephas is the Managing Partner of BBA and one of Uganda’s most respected tax practitioners in Uganda.

He previously served as Deputy Commissioner of Domestic Direct Taxes at the
Uganda Revenue Authority and has represented the Government of Uganda in the negotiation and drafting of double taxation agreements with multiple jurisdictions.

He has appeared as an expert witness in international proceedings, including the Heritage Oil and Gas Limited case heard in London.
