Bagus S. D. Nur Buwono is a Founding Partner and the Managing Partner of Bagus Enrico & Partners. With more than 25 years of experience practising as the legal counsel on various transactions involving domestic and multinational companies.
His specialisations include M&A, banking and finance, insurance, construction, strategic investment, and corporate/general commercial matters. Within his insurance practice, he has gained extensive experience representing multinational insurance companies at various business stages, ranging from the share acquisition transaction, joint venture and business arrangements among the investors, corporate restructuring (including spin-offs), business operations and transactions, the introduction of insurance products, various compliance matters, to liquidation.
