Colleagues from across our European network came together in force, with representation from our offices in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Hamburg, London, Milan and Paris. Across the week, partners and associates held a full programme of meetings with major international clients and peer firms, reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a leading European IP practice with a connected, cross‑border approach.
A particular highlight of the week was our client cocktail reception at the National Portrait Gallery, which welcomed around 280 guests for an exclusive evening. Guests enjoyed private access to a remarkable collection of portraits spanning the Victorian era to the present day, providing a distinctive and memorable backdrop for reconnecting with clients, referrers and colleagues from across the global IP community.
The event also caught the attention of World Trademark Review, which included our reception in its light‑hearted ‘unofficial INTA awards’, recognising Fieldfisher’s National Portrait Gallery soirée as the ‘Best party venue’.
INTA week also coincided with the publication of the WIPR Leaders 2026 list, which recognises leading IP practices and individuals worldwide. The inclusion of Fieldfisher lawyers in this year’s rankings is a strong endorsement of the depth, quality and international reach of our intellectual property practice.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising, hosting and supporting events across the week, and to all colleagues who travelled to London or supported meetings remotely. INTA 2026 was a great example of Fieldfisher at its best — collaborative, international and firmly at the heart of the global IP conversation.
