About Florent Loyseau of Grandmaison
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris (2001), with a DEA in Private Law (2001), and a DESS in Public Litigation (2003), Florent LOYSEAU de GRANDMAISON practiced with the firms FRESHFIELDS BRUCKHAUS DERINGER, THIEFFRY & Associés and CHATEL, before founding the firm LDG Avocats in the fall of 2010.
He has particularly deepened his skills in:
- Factoring,
- Civil and commercial litigation,
- Civil and criminal procedure,
- Liability and Insurance Law,
- Corporate and Group Law,
- Labor and Social Protection Law.
Elected at the 2007 Internship Conference Competition, he acquired experience in criminal law and criminal procedure.
After serving as Vice-President of the National Federation of Young Lawyers’ Unions (FNUJA), he was elected member of the National Council of Bars for the 2015-2017 term, notably as Vice-President of the Freedoms and Human Rights Commission.
Florent LOYSEAU DE GRANDMAISON was elected member of the Council of the Order of Paris for the 2018-2020 term.
He regularly gives courses at the Bar Training School (EFB), at HEDAC, and is a member of the Association Droit & procédure and the Société de Législation Comparée.
Since 2021, he has been in charge of the technical and civil procedure section of the Gazette du Palais, a reference publication and the oldest French legal publication.
He speaks English fluently.
