Danny Ng is the founder of WH Group and he has more than 18 years of experiences in accounting and auditing. Danny started his accounting career training in the UK & Ireland and being promoted as an accounting team leader before he decided to relocate back to Malaysia.
Upon his return to Malaysia, he has been working with Big Fours and international audit firms in various roles and involvements in audit and advisory services. Danny has worked in various capacities on audit assignments of corporations in different sectors (such as hotel & hospitality, travel industry, airlines, manufacturing operations, trading and distribution operations, consumer goods operations, constructions, logistics, services operations and non-profit organisation) including multinationals and listed companies in Malaysia.
In addition, Danny has acted as project leader in various advisory and consulting engagements, namely reporting accountants for listed companies, internal audit and operation risk assessment, IT System general controls and post-implementation review, post-acquisition assessment, financial due diligence, risk advisory, GST implementation, Pioneer Status verifications, etc.
Danny is a Licensed Auditor, Licensed Company Secretary and approved GST Tax Agent and he holds professional qualification as a member of Chartered Accountants in Malaysia. Danny works closely with his Tax Partner who is a licensed tax practitioner for their daily operations.
