Alessandro Bampo

Alessandro Bampo is graduated with honors in Economics from the University of Verona. Enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Belluno at No. 123/A and in the Register of Auditors at no. 122376.

Early in his career he has worked for Andersen Legal and Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu tax division. He has experienced in corporate and individual tax, with specific skills in International Tax, M&A, Transfer Pricing, Tax opinions and due diligence activities.

Alessandro is a member of Audit commitees and collaborates with specialized tax magazines and newspapers, for which he has edited several publications. Fluent in English language (but it is possible to manage clients of German language too).

The Firm

Studio Bampo Dottori Commercialisti has grown steadily and gradually with tradition and innovation. Led by the founder Mr. Mario Bampo, who served as president of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Belluno, the Firm is built up on a young and dynamic staff including certified public accountants and auditors.

The activities of the Firm range from the ordinary activity of a tax accounting Firm, to more specialized activities such as the protection of assets, tax and strategic planning (start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and extraordinary operations in general), preparation of Transfer Pricing set documentation, management of “patent box” sets and voluntary disclosure program for assets held abroad.

Vanessa is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Administration and Finance from University of Venice. She collaborates with Studio Bampo in the field of tax and corporate consultancy, with particular regard to international tax aspects. Vanessa specialises in providing tax advice to non-residents interested in investing in Italy and in the application of tax benefits resulting from moving to Italy. Fluent in English language.
