My article, “Are the attached documents obtained via the internet recognised as valid proof of the requirements of the parties’ national law in a Japanese legal marriage registration between a foreign man and a Japanese woman?“, was published as the 116th supplement of “Q＆A Practice on International Family Law”, a loose-leaf publication by Shinnippon-Hoki Publishing (since 1987).
