Sana is a highly qualified and highly motivated solicitor with over 10 years of experience of representing clients at all levels of UK immigration work. She has recently relocated from the UK to Dubai. From business immigration and points-based system applications to all UK “in country” and entry clearance applications.

Sana’s in-depth knowledge of Sponsor License Applications and Skilled Worker Visas regularly sees her at the heart of global migration for high-net-worth families, which has covered various sectors such as Construction, Financial, Data Intelligence, Manufacturing, Marketing, Fashion, Technology, Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Care facilities.

Recent relevant experience includes:
• Advised and assisted a large multi-national Data Intelligence company with a complex business structure to obtain a sponsor license and skilled workers.
• Advised a multinational corporation in respect of their EEA nationals’ right to reside in the UK post-Brexit.
• Provided advice to a range of employers in respect of their sponsorship duties under the Points Based System and held training sessions to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Advised and assisted a large multi-national organization during a visit from UKVI in respect of illegal working.
• Supporting a large marketing organization on their Skilled Worker and subsequently Tier 5 sponsor licenses; for their temporary worker assignments in the creative sector
