Michał Kłodawski

Michał is an attorney-at-law and a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, department of Law and Administration. He has extensive experience in corporate services of commercial law companies, in the area of civil law, intellectual property and copyright, press law, recovery and collateral. Before starting his own firm – KWK LEGAL – he worked for one of the largest law firms in Poland Kochański, Zięba, Rapala and Partners with its office in Warsaw.

The main legal projects of his firm include:

Foreign investments (2014 – present): comprehensive legal assistance in English for foreign investors in Poland – from establishing a company with a bank account, through the development of necessary internal procedures (e.g. AML policy, GDPR), to ongoing support in current affairs.

World Exhibition EXPO Dubai 2020 (2019 – 2022): comprehensive legal advice for the consortium of companies: Stellar Fireworks sp.z o.o. from Gdańsk, Science Now sp.z o.o. from Warsaw, Tellart B.V. from Amsterdam in the scope of the project “Content management: detailing the concept of multimedia materials in the Polish Pavilion at the World Exhibition EXPO Dubai 2020 and their production”, including consultancy in the field of: public procurement law, copyright and related rights, economic law and contract law.

Production companies (2014 – present): comprehensive legal advice to production companies in the field of: civil, economic and contract law, corporate issues, labor law, personal data protection (GDPR).

Beskid Center of Oncology – Municipal Hospital of John Paul II in Bielsko-Biała (2016 – present): comprehensive legal assistance to the hospital in the field of: public procurement law, civil and economic law, medical law, clinical trial law, law on medical services and the National Health Fund, personal data protection (GDPR), court proceedings, proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO), proceedings before the Commission for Adjudication on Medical Events.
