Petar Živković has worked on many large greenfield and brownfield development investments in all their legal aspects with special focus on Real Estate development and project facilitation. As Attorney at Law with focus on Real Estate development and project facilitation, Petar Živković provides daily consultation to local and foreign developers. Petar Živković especially has experience and expertise in regulatory and contractual part of the Real Estate development, as well as in construction and energy sectors. Connected thereto, we also emphasise that Petar Živković is Attorney at Law specialised for FIDIC Construction contracts that are more and more present at the Croatian market. Also, he was engaged in renewable energy and environmental protection projects and has significant experience in respect to commercial negotiations and contractual law.
