Nothing is permanent, except change.
Isn’t it?
We are living in this era of
globalization and digitalization and increasing prospects of companies all over
the globe to renovate office administration and management from outdated
book-keeping office administration process to technology integrated
(digitalized) company management with the objective of zero paper usage policy.
Every company is embracing advanced
technology trends and integrating such trends into their workflow with the
objective to accomplish jam-packed digitalization of each and every process to
condense manual efforts of people in workflow and sustain the go-green (zero
paper usage) policy.
With the advancement of technology,
companies are more inclined towards generation of digital workspaces. The
digital workplace is a concept that describes how technology is increasingly
creating a virtual equivalent of the physical workplace, and how that trend
allows businesses to renovate traditional processes and increase efficiency.
Digital workspaces will certainly
benefit companies in commendably operating diversified work process,
instrumental in enhancing company productivity, meritoriously contribute in
rendering services to its clients and aid companies in attaining absolute
client satisfaction and dynamically upkeep its employees to accomplish their
work assignments.
Every company will have its own
proportion of digital employees and non-digital employees. The challenge for
companies is to integrate the digitalized technology into non-digital employees
work process as there is lack of awareness about technology among
non-technology groups.
In order to condense such gap of
technology awareness in non-digital employees – companies are beholden to
integrate digital technologies (automation, Internet-connected devices, and
online communication tools) into work process.
Adoption of digital technologies
itself won’t serve the object of bridging the gap of technology awareness amid
non-digital employees. Companies need to invest time in training its employees
until they are well acquainted with the operating mode of the digital
technologies.
In coming years, companies will
witness new hiring trends as most of candidates joining workforce are having
mobile and technology savvy background. It is obvious for companies to embrace
mobile digital workplaces and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) into their work
culture or else it will be very difficult for companies to attract best people
in this domain.
It is evident that companies across
industries need to keep an eye on emerging technologies and be open minded to
embrace and integrate the advanced technologies into their work culture for
commendably competing with its business contemporaries, retaining its top
talent and holding its existing clients and acquire new clients – ultimately to
emerge as a key player in its domain at international level.
