The new publication of Oleg Mosgo in the second edition of the monograph edited by Dr. Gerhard Schlitt and Dr. Gabriel Mueller

Mosgo and partners’ managing partner Dr. Oleg Mosgo has authored the chapters, devoted to the inheritance law of Russia and Belarus, for the new edition of the monograph. In these chapters, the major sources of the inheritance law in Russia and Belarus are described for the German-speaking readers, key concepts of the inheritance law in these countries briefly revealed and detailed information about priority of inheritance and regulation of legal institution of an obligatory share in inheritance is provided.
