Co-authored case note analyzing the New Jersey Supreme Court decision’s in Town of Kearny v. Brandt, 214 N.J. 76 (2013), which ruled on the effect of the statute of repose on claims for indemnification and contribution in construction defect litigation, and discussing how to contractually address some of the issues left open by the decision.
