Rika Rusman (Rika) joins as Corporate and M&A partner in Sarvasūkṣma Attorneys at Law. Rika has over 15 years of experience advising Indonesian and international companies, private equities and funds on a large number of major M&A transactions in Indonesia, across a wide range of industries including banking and financial institutions, infrastructure, manufacturing and consumer goods, fintech, education and healthcare and natural resources.

Rika’s addition expands our firm’s capabilities in providing domestic and international clients with high-quality corporate transactional services. The rise in transactional activity in Indonesia has led to greater demand for quality legal services with value-driven fee structure. Our clients’ will benefit from the level of experience that she brings coupled with the hands-on approach and value-driven proposition that our firm is committed to provide.

Before joining Sarvasūkṣma Attorneys at Law, Rika was a counsel of Witara Cakra Advocates (an affiliate firm of White & Case) and had long spells in Ginting & Reksodiputro (affiliated firm of Allen & Overy) and Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (affiliated firm of Baker McKenzie), as well as a short spell in the corporate practice group of Allen & Overy London office.
