Pemex E&P land rigs lease project

Berezowsky & Cervantes informs that Pemex E&P released today an
international public bid in order to lease land rigs, without purchase option,
with a minimum capacity of 2000 HP.  The
land rigs will operate for drilling and completion works in the South Region of
Mexico, for a period of 730 days.

The first Q&A will
take place on November 29^th.
