New book Legal Regime of Foreign Investment in Russia

Today is out of print a new book that has been interested for a long time between the members of the business community. It’s a book “Legal Regime of Foreign Investment in the Russian Federation”, it was the long-awaited remake to the one monograph, published in 2007.

In the book, ” The Legal Regime of Foreign Investment in the Russian Federation,” the author discussed in detail the most common ways of investing, analyzed the positive and negative factors faced by foreign investors in the process of implementing a project in Russia, also the author evaluated possible changes in the investment climate of the country.

Special attention in the book is paid to the situation of current investors to the economic integration of Russia in the Eurasian Economic Community, and in particular, the functioning of the Customs Union and the creation of a single economic space.
