NautaDutilh has worked for Benelux financial house NIBC Bank on the €750 sale of mortgage aseets. NIBC is to sell 17 of its subsidiaries to a special purpose vehicle that will issue some of the securities to institutional investors. The NIBC units will sell around €750m of Dutch mortgages to Dutch MBS XV. Nauta’s team was led by Michaela Ulrici. Counsel for Dutch MBS XV is unconfirmed.
