M&T News | M&T Assists Sironax in Completing USD 200 Million Series B Financing

Sironax is an emerging biotechnology company committed to exploring and developing innovative drugs for the treatment of age-related degenerative diseases on a global scale. On August 2, 2022, Sironax announced the completion of its Series B financing round, raising a total of USD 200 million.

This financing round was led by Yunfeng Capital and GaoRong Ventures. New investors also include MSA Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), C-Bridge Capital, Longriver Investment, LSV Capital, Superstring Fund, and Future Innovation Fund. Following the completion of this financing round, the total funds raised by the company to date have exceeded USD 300 million.

M&T acted as the legal counsel to Sironax in this financing. The project was led by M&T Partners Youyuan Jin and Xiaoxing (Gavin) Guo, with the project team members including Chaoqun Yang, Xuan Zhu, Chaofan Hu, and Tongzhu Liu.
