Enclosed you will find a link directing you to the “Arbitration Law over Borders Comparative Guide 2025” book edited by Robert G. Volterra, Gunjan Sharma & Ahmed Abdel Hakam Volterra Fietta, published by The Global Legal Post, Global City Media, London, U.K. earlier this year. For those who have not seen this publication before, my partner Mariana Tejado Gallegos and I had the privilege of preparing the Chapter on Mexico.
However, the Guide contains chapters on many other countries and is directed to a wider, truly global audience.
