Lund Elmer Sandager advises Teradata Corporation on its divestment of Teradata’s Marketing Applications business

Teradata Corporation is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

On 22 April, 2016 Teradata signed an Asset Purchase Agreement for an affiliate of Marlin Equity Partners to acquire Teradata’s Marketing Applications business. The sale was a global asset sale and Lund Elmer Sandager assisted Teradata throughout the process with the sale of and transfer to Marlin Equity Partners of the Danish Marketing Applications activities and employees. Closing occurred on 1 July, 2016.

The divestment allows Teradata to focus all of its attention on its core data and analytics business.
