Mr. Yu specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property rights, financial investment, mergers and acquisitions, and legal compliance consulting.
Work Experience
Mr. Yu is a member of IGN International Trust Guardian Network, a member of the Technology and Big Data Legal Affairs Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, a mediator of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, a mediator of Beijing Internet Finance Association, and a mediator of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
Mr. Yu has participated in the translation work of two countries of China Bar Association’s “Legal Environment Research Report of Countries along the Belt and Road”.
Mr. Yu’s publications include: Kangaroo Court (also known as “Suing the United States”, Legal Philosophy, Administrative Law), translated in 500,000 words, Law Press, 2007; “Review of GDPR Class Action in Europe’s First Case,” Wolters Kluwer Advance, September 2019.
