Mr. Cen’s practice focuses on antitrust and
competition, customs and international trade, litigation and arbitration. Prior
to practicing as a lawyer, Mr. Cen had worked in government agencies for more
than 16 years and is well versed in regulatory policies and procedures adopted
by China’s administrative and judicial bodies.
