Ms. Yuling Li is the founding and managing partner of Shanghai Hansheng Law Offices, Director of International Department and Deputy Director of IP Center of Hansheng. Meanwhile, she is Committee Member of Legal Work Committee of Supervisory Board to the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Pudong New District, Deputy Director of Shanghai LinGang Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association, Director of LinGang No.2 Branch of Pudong District Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association, and Expert for Third Party Supervision and Evaluation Institute for Company Criminal Compliance System in Shanghai Free Trade Zone. She actively participates in and advises on governmental and political issues.
She has 19 years’ experience in legal field, focusing on foreign-related legal services with rich experience in cross-border transaction and M&A, international litigations and arbitrations, export controls and trade sanctions, internet security and personal data protection, compliance management system, economic crimes, intellectual property and etc. She has solid knowledge in the industries of solar energy, aerospace, vehicles, medical, semiconductor and other high-tech sectors. She is a member of the foreign-related lawyer library of Shanghai Justice Bureau.
