Yiannis Papazacharia

Yiannis Papazacharia is a licensed advocate and founding Director of Yiannis Papazacharia LLC. He has been a member of the Cyprus Bar
Association since January 2006 and member of the Piraeus Bar Association since
February 2009. He is the former President of the Paphos Bar Association, during the
period of January 2006 – October 2014 and the former President of the Committee
of the Yeroskipou and East Paphos Cooperative Bank, November 2009 – September
2013. He advises a broad spectrum of prominent clients, including municipalities, organisations and banks.

The Firm has extensive experience in Migration Law, including but not limited to permanent residence permits, residence permits for employees of international companies, family reunification, temporary residence permits and registration of European Union citizens as Cyprus residents, having assisted a large number of individuals and families with their relocation to Cyprus.

The Firm further deals with tax and Company Law, matters of acquisition of property, wills & probate and litigation.
