Lawyer Vladimir Dragičević was born on August 14, 1990. in Kozarska Dubica, where he finished primary and secondary school. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Banja Luka in 2013, after which he began his career in Banja Luka. Since 2014, he has been practicing law, first as a trainee lawyer, and is registered in the Directory of trainee lawyers of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska. After completing the internship, he is registered in the Directory of Professional Associates for Legal Affairs of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska.
He has been practicing law independently since the beginning of 2022, when he founded a law office with headquarters in Banja Luka, in Veselin Masleše bb Street, since when he was entered in the Directory of Lawyers of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska. The lawyer provides legal services on the territory of the Banja Luka region, but with an agreement with the client, it is possible to arrange representation on the territory of the entire Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The lawyer strives to contribute to the quality of general regulations and their constitutionality, which began with the submission of various initiatives for the evaluation of constitutionality to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Srpska, and continued with the appointment of a lawyer as an accredited representative of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska in the legislative committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska.
Many years of work at the bar contributed to the fact that the lawyer, in addition to knowledge of positive regulations and practical work in the judiciary, also knows court practice in all areas of law, which significantly contributes to his experience and way of working, as well as positive results for his clients. Also, through years of work and experience, the lawyer achieves numerous collaborations with notaries, court interpreters and experts, which makes it easier for clients to use numerous services that require the engagement of these experts.
