We assist families and companies in business and wealth structuring such as asset protection and transfer, relocation and succession, sustainability and philanthropy, among others.

Tax is a major aspect of holisti(k) management for cross-border businesses and mobile families. Sound financial risk management must integrate excellent international tax groundwork and monitoring.

We have assisted investors, private clients and companies (NFT, DeFi, social media, real estate, commodity, funds etc) in navigating their legal and tax matters when raising multi-million funds and incorporating or relocating, and protecting assets.

A published author (Wiley), I am a guest lecturer at the Geneva University, an expert in tax and legal committees, and a regular speaker in conferences.

I like exchanging and learning from like-minded but also different-minded peers such as in the Digital Currency Initiative by International Telecommunication Union and Stanford University. A co-founder and Board of Women in Web3 Switzerland and Opera for Peace, I strive for and support empowerment, equal opportunity, and excellence.

Before founding Holistik, I was director wealth management Switzerland and built the wealth planning and tax services in a leading private bank, pioneer in sustainable investing, the vice-chair of the Board and a member of the Investment Committee of US$ billion pension fund, and also projectholder in data security in a now global group.
