The Chambers often assists offshore vehicles such as Seychelles IBC’s with finance documents when attracting private investors. We assist with the capital structuring of the investment vehicle, the debt and equity structuring debt as well as provide the investor agreements, share purchase agreements and escrow services required for the anticipated transaction. 

TRADEMARK SERVICES

The Chambers is a licensed trademark agent enabling clients from all over the world to protect their brand by registering their trademarks and enhancing the overall value of their business. Brand protection is not limited to the Seychelles as the country is a signatory to the Paris Convention. Reciprocal enforcement rights can be available making the Seychelles an ideal location in which to register your IP. The Chambers represents clients in IP litigation as and when the need arises.  

PROPERTY AND CONSTRUCTION LAW

We continue to work with the leading property developers on the island. We offer a full service starting with the due diligence on any potential purchase, the sanction applications that may be required as well as the drafting and registration of the purchase agreements.

If the Client wishes to develop the site, we also assist with drawing up all the necessary contractual documents, conducting due diligence on the architects, contractors, engineers and seeing the project through to fruition.

 This service is for both commercial and residential property.

SEYCHELLES SUCCESSION AND ESTATE PLANNING LAW

The Chambers provides advice as to the succession laws governing the assets located in the jurisdiction.

COMPANY AND COMMERCIAL LAW

The Chambers has considerable experience in working with existing Seychelles businesses advising on all facets of the running of a company and specializes in advisory work relating to investments, project management, deal structuring and financing, drafting of all the required contracts and financing and security documents.

Tamara was educated in Mauritius and Seychelles and pursued her studies at the University of London, specialising in Company and Commercial Law where she graduated with an LLB (Hons) degree and is now pursuing a further specialization in international financial law at Kings College (LLM).

She is bilingual in English and French, and is also fluent in Seychelles Creole.
