Stéphane Daniel has been involved in high-profile cases since 2017, such as the structuring of one of the first real estate tokenization transactions and the first legal structuring of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), in particular in decentralized finance (DeFi), under French law.
He also advises companies on equity, debt, token, or hybrid fundraising transactions, in particular BSA Air (SAFEs), simple agreement for future tokens (SAFT) or token warrants, both on the side of project holders and investment funds.
Finally, Stéphane advises entrepreneurs and investors in their merger and acquisition transactions. In particular, he is an expert in assisting companies using blockchain in mergers and acquisitions.
Stéphane is a regular speaker on DAO and DeFi topics at major French universities (Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Université Catholique de Lille).
