Stefano Zangrando assists clients in important corporate M&A transactions and transactions on the Italian market by representing multinational companies and private equity funds.
Among the industrial customers it includes leading multinationals operating in the pharmaceutical sector, “smartcities”, hybrid vehicles, workwear rental companies, sanitation of environments, “webhosting”, creation of digital platforms.
As part of M&A activities, he deals with mergers, acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures. More specifically it deals with:
  • Ongoing assistance to the Italian offices of various multinational companies
  • Commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, rent, agency, consultancy, cooperation, for industrial clients
  • Acquisitions (domestic and transnational)
  • Joint venture agreements on behalf of Italian and foreign clients and related issues (shareholder agreements, drafting of statutes, etc.)
  • IPO of a webhosting company on AIM in Milan

  • Consortium agreements
  • Loan agreements in relation to corporate acquisitions, project finance and securitisations; related corporate issues
