Experience

Mr. Sizhe Huang joined Chance Bridge Partners in March 2019. Prior to that, he worked for nearly five years at JunHe LLP, where he mainly practiced in dispute resolution, corporate compliance, and private equity investment. He has successfully represented many multinational companies in complex commercial litigations and arbitrations in China. His experience also includes handling compliance investigations and settlements with Multilateral Development Banks. Additionally, Mr. Huang has advised Chinese and overseas clients on numerous venture capital, private financing, acquisition, and merger projects.
