Sirlei Andrade founded the law firm “Sirlei Andrade Advogados Associados” in 2007.

Having worked in the legal field for 16 years, Sirlei Andrade is recognized in the legal and business community as one of the leading lawyers in the fuel distribution and trade sector for her firm and dedicated work, as well as for the quality of the consultancy she provides to her clients.

At the beginning of her career, between 1996 and 2006, Sirlei Andrade was in charge of the legal department of a private oil and energy company located in Brazil, managing the company’s expansion projects in the Oil and Gas and Refining, Transportation, Import and Export of Oil, Natural Gas and Derivatives sectors.

In 2007, Sirlei Andrade assumed the position of founding partner of the law firm Sirlei Andrade Advogados Associados, leading civil litigation and in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, tax recovery and contracts in general, acting throughout the country, to this day, in relevant matters of numerous companies.

Sirlei Andrade’s excellent performance has led to the growth of her firm, which now has more than 12 lawyers and specialized consultants leading a modern and efficient support structure.
