Sergio graduated from Universidad Mayor de San Andres (UMSA), La Paz, Bolivia, with a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Economic Law and Administrative Law.
He is one of the lawyers with the longest track record in the aviation law sector, having advised several of the main airlines operating in Bolivia, as well as engine and aircraft lessors.
He has advised, in different periods, the major airlines of Bolivia and advises various international airlines that operate in Bolivia. He has also advised and advises engine and aircraft lessors who have assets in Bolivia. He is a member of the Bolivian Bar Association and the Bar Association of La Paz.
Sergio is a member of the Bolivian Bar Association and the La Paz Bar Association.
