Sercan Günay

Sercan focuses his practice on providing legal services to both local and foreign companies, corporate consultancy and litigation, drafting and negotiating corporate transaction documents, Labor Law, dispute resolutions and intellectual property law. Sercan advises our multinational clients on complex litigation matters and corporate consultancy.

Sercan has experience representing international and local clients before all degrees of courts, arbitration tribunals and regulatory authorities in Turkey and provides consultancy services to our clients.  Sercan is also engaged in debt recovery and enforcement procedures.

Sercan has represented many high-level domestic and international clients. Sercan has extensive experience in Commercial Litigation, Commercial Disputes, client counseling and strategy in a range of legal actions in Turkey and overseas. He has carried out numerous litigation proceedings relating to Commercial law. His active role in Commercial litigation has earned him an incontestable reputation before the Turkish Commercial courts.

Real Estate Law
Sercan has experience regarding on all aspects of real estate law and real estate litigation -including land development, construction, purchase, sale and rent of real estate and privatization and expropriation procedures and disputes to local and foreign clients.

Labor Law
Sercan has extensive experience in prevention and resolution of disputes arising between employees and employers. Sercan also represents clients on collective and individual labour agreements process.

Debt Collection
Sercan provides rapid and efficient services for collection of our clients’ debts and consults on debt restructuring and finance for postponement of bankruptcy for our clients.
