Before establishing The Trinitas Law Consult, he held positions at the Judicial Service, progressing from Administrative Officer to Deputy Chief Registrar and Administrative Secretary of the General Legal Council.

Barrister Sem Iroko earned a B.A (Hons) from the University of Ghana in 1994, completed professional studies at the Ghana School of Law in 2007, and became a member of the Ghana Bar. He also holds a Master of Public Administration degree.

Apart from his legal practice, he serves on various boards and recently became a Board Member/Secretary of Pyxera Global, a US-sponsored NGO focused on enterprise and community development in over 90 countries.

Until recently, Barrister Sem served as the Director of Legal and Board Services and Lecturer at Central University, teaching Company Law, Employment Law, and Business Law for over ten years. In this role, he handled all legal matters pertaining to the University and acted as Secretary to the University Council.

His efforts contributed to Central University obtaining a Presidential Charter (Autonomy) in March 2016.
