Sanne Hebbink-Swinkels

Sanne is a lawyer and a specialist in corporate law, financing and securities. Sanne has been working as a lawyer at Dirkzwager since 2021. Previously, Sanne worked as a lawyer within the Banking & Finance team of an international firm based in Amsterdam. Sanne specialises in corporate and property law issues and assists banks, (PE) funds and corporates in financing transactions (including syndicated and club facilities, LMA(-light) documentation) and restructurings. Sanne is also involved in issuing legal opinions.

Sanne is involved in various types of financing transactions, including healthcare, real estate, acquisition and project financings. The focus here is on the financing of (renewable) energy projects. Both developers and financiers are assisted by Sanne.

• Advising a healthcare institution on the refinancing of its EUR 120,000,000 loan portfolio and raising a new loan for the construction of healthcare real estate.
• Advising an international developer on a EUR 122,000,000 acquisition and project financing of two solar parks with a combined capacity of 96MWp.
• Advising a Dutch bank on the financing of various solar projects (e.g. solar on roofs / solar on greenhouse / floating solar parks), also supervising the due diligence project.
• Advising an international developer on the EUR 27,000,000 project financing for a solar park (35MWp), located in the Netherlands.
• Advising an international developer on the EUR 27,500,000 financing raised from a foreign bank for the realisation and operation of a solar park in the Netherlands.
• Advising a large housing corporation on the restructuring of its existing loan portfolio.
• Advising a professional football organisation on raising financing for the acquisition and development of its football stadium.
• Advising a regional development company on the (junior) financing of a real estate project.
• Advising a Dutch insurer on raising Tier 2 capital (“Solvency II-proof”) in the form of (among other things) a subordinated loan.
