He has gained significant experience in consulting for Italian and international clients such as banks, asset managers, other intermediaries in the financial sector and listed and non-listed companies on issues relating to their establishment, authorization and organization, as well as in relation to the provision of services in favor of of customers and market information requirements.
It provides assistance to issuers and financial intermediaries with reference to information to be disclosed to the market, takeover bids and delisting transactions, also assisting regulated and non-regulated corporate entities with reference to issues relating to their governance and relations with their own shareholders.
Researcher at the University of Rome of “Tor Vergata”, Salvatore is an expert in the subject of European Business Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University with whose chair he collaborates, studying and deepening the legal and economic aspects of financial instruments innovative and alternative.
Salvatore graduated in law summa cum laude and special mention from the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in 2016. In 2018 he also obtained a master’s degree in Economics in Professional Consulting and Business Auditing.
An Italian native speaker, Salvatore is fluent in English and has modest knowledge of the Chinese language.
