Managing Partner. Roberto is the attorney in charge of the Civil Liability and Insurance Department. He has specialized training and extensive experience before the courts in this field. He began his legal practice at Uría Menéndez Abogados and later joined Despacho Toro.
He holds a law degree from the International University of Catalonia, a master’s degree in corporate legal consulting from the Instituto de Empresa, and a master’s degree in insurance law. He has participated in various conferences and publications related to the field.
He is a member of the Association of Civil Liability and Insurance Lawyers, the Spanish Section of the International Association of Insurance Law, and the Barcelona Bar Association.
