Rizki Dwianda Rildo is a corporate lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising domestic and international clients on cross-border corporate matters, capital markets, and regulatory strategy. Rizki began his legal career in 2011 and progressed through roles in prominent Indonesian practices before co-founding KARNA Partnership in 2020. Prior to establishing KARNA, Rizki served in senior associate and associate roles at established Indonesian firms, including experience at Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners (formerly HPRP), where he developed substantive expertise in corporate transactions, compliance and capital markets work.
As a founding partner and managing partner of KARNA Partnership, Rizki has led the firm’s growth into a boutique practice focused on corporate and commercial law, regulatory advisory and cross-border transactions. Under his leadership KARNA has built an association with an international firm to enhance cross-border capabilities and regularly advises publicly listed companies, state-owned enterprises, private investors and fintech and technology clients on structuring, compliance and transactional execution. Rizki’s professional practice routinely involves coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams to support inbound investors entering Indonesia and assisting Indonesian clients expanding outward.
Across his career Rizki has been engaged on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, intercompany restructurings, share sales, corporate reorganisations, and matters arising from capital markets transactions such as IPOs, rights issues and debt securities. He also advises on regulatory-driven transactions and operational compliance for financial services entities, as well as corporate governance and shareholder arrangements for family-owned businesses and high-net-worth clients.
