Ravi is the Managing Partner with three decades of legal experience, having been in active practice since 1994. In 2006, he completed his Masters in Banking Law complementing his law degree from the University of London (London) and his Certificate in Legal Practice (University Malaya).
He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and a member of the prestigious Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AIBM) and a professional trainer in Economic Crime, Banking, Employment, Restructuring and Divestment matters.
Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Aviation Law (Madrid) and was a delegate for three years at the Economic Crime Symposium in Cambridge University, England.
He has experience in a wide range of commercial and private law litigation with a particular interest in corporate laws, insolvency, employment, banking and economic crime.
He thrives on new challenges and is known for his meticulous approach and strong work ethic. In addition to representing clients in trial and appellate matters before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court, he frequently provides written advice on a wide range of issues, including corporate, commercial, banking, insolvency, and employment matters.
As the driving force behind the firm, Ravi plays a critical role in steering its growth and vision. His leadership extends beyond legal practice to mentoring young lawyers, expanding the firm’s practice areas, and overseeing strategic initiatives, including spearheading marketing efforts and business development. Despite his multifaceted responsibilities, he remains deeply engaged in the firm’s day-to-day operations, maintaining a hands-on approach and ensuring excellence in every case.
